How fulfillment works

After payment is confirmed, your order enters processing and is prepared by the appropriate fulfillment warehouse. The tracking page is updated as the order moves through Order confirmed, Preparing your order, Processing, Shipped, In transit, Arriving soon and Delivered.

Tracking

When the carrier tracking number becomes available, it is added to your order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can take time to appear after a parcel is dispatched.

Changes and returns

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. Return eligibility depends on the item, its condition and where it is in the fulfillment process. Use the built-in support chat as soon as possible if you need an address change, cancellation, return or delivery help.
